Registration

The registration for the Opencast Summit is closed. 

The registration fee covers admission to all sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks on all three days of the conference plus the conference kit.

Registration and payment will be handled by the Event Management and Conference Services of the University of Vienna.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received until February 5th, 2018 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the conference fee refunded.
• Cancellations received after February 5th, 2018 or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fees. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
